This is the piece that started a second go in the art world for me. I started exhibiting around Pittsburgh in '92 but took a two year break after 2000 to work with my husband on our home. Someone finally convinced me to get back out there and while participating in FLUX, gallery owners of Boxheart Expressions in Bloomfield purchased this piece and asked if I would consider displaying my work in their gallery. I was thrilled and they've been selflessly mentoring me ever since. Boxheart hosted my first solo show last Oct./Nov. and it was a tremendous success.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
